DrawDownDiary.com & RiskPilot Tool: We also provide a free website with content related to trading and risk. This site features the RiskPilot tool, an illustrative simulator designed for educational and informational purposes to help users understand potential trading account drawdowns.

Course Enrollment (SkillCraft Academy): To purchase and access our courses, you must create an account on the Thinkific platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Thinkific account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. All content and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to the SkillCraft Academy name, logo, course materials, videos, and software, as well as the DrawDownDiary.com website design, text, graphics, logos, images, and the RiskPilot tool, are the property of SolutionCraft s.r.o. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for the use of the Services in compliance with these Terms.

7. Payments, Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Enrollment and Platform: Our online courses are hosted and delivered through the Thinkific platform. Enrollment, payment processing, and access to course materials are subject to Thinkific's terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms.

Payments: All payments for courses are processed through Thinkific's integrated payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not directly store your full payment card details.

For this reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your full name and the email address you used to purchase the course. We will process your request promptly.

Policy Terms: This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of your first purchase of a specific course. To protect against abuse, this guarantee is void for any customer who has previously requested and received a refund for any course from SkillCraft Academy. Once a refund is processed, your access to the course materials will be revoked. This policy supersedes any statutory withdrawal periods, providing a clear and generous window for all customers globally.

Course Access: Upon purchase, you will receive lifetime access to the course materials, subject to the continued availability of the course on the Thinkific platform and the terms of this guarantee.

If you have not paid any amounts (e.g., for use of the free RiskPilot tool), our maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to fifty Euros (€50).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, nor does it affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, on reasonable notice, if you materially breach these Terms, use the Services unlawfully, or fail to pay fees when due.
